Lady Luck is a Low Grade Reality Manipulator with a focus on Probability Manipulation. On the small scale, her powers make her seem to be very lucky, since she passively alters the probability of everything around her to best benefit herself without causing physical alterations to the world. She could flip a coin a hundred times, and every single time it would come up whatever side would best benefit her.
On a large scale, she can physically change the reality of the world around her to ensure that events occur as she desires. She can look at a group of armed criminals, and with an effort of will, cause all of them to fumble and drop their weapons. As they scramble for the dropped weapon, they could all trip and fall into it, knocking it away from them and leaving them prone. Her Attack, named Murphy’s Law, is based around this concept being used in a combat situation.

Background
Roisin (ro-sheen) Ó Ruaidhín (o-roo-uy-in), of the Ó Ruaidhín Crime Family, is the youngest daughter of Saoirse (sear-sha) Ó Ruaidhín, the Matriarch of the family. She was raised along with her siblings to use their mutant gifts to further the power and wealth of the Irish crime family. Her power over probability was considered to be one of the more useful talents among her generation, and her mother had high hopes for her daughter. Sadly she ended up with a sickly girl who had a strong aversion to violence. As she grew older, she was forced to use her powers to help her family commit crimes, until she was forced to kill to prove her loyalty to the family. With blood on her hands, she chose to flee from her life of crime, using her powers to evade capture and make her way to America to hide away from her family and her memories. Living on the streets wasn’t as hard for her as it might have been for others, her power making sure that she would never starve or freeze to death. Her life held no meaning beyond survival and hiding until she met Viktor Cass, the man that would become her mentor. Viktor was a street magician who took a waifish street kid under his wing, teaching her the tricks and skills of prestidigitation.
