199X: The first animal mutants are created to serve man.
X+Y: After some time, the mutants rebel
The Time of War: Mutants, though vastly outnumbered battle humans until every bullet is fired
The Shadow Time: Clans evolve around mutant factions and martial philosophies. Humans shrink into fortified outposts and communities. Nature reclaims most of the world.
The New Era: Trade begins between humans and mutants. The city of Causeway is built on the ashes of the old world.
Known Factions
The Clans (To Be Explored Further in coming articles) – Formed by the leaders who helped earn mutants their freedom, each has their own philosophy and martial discipline.
The Free Riders – A west coast motorcycle club that scavenges only what they need to survive.
Moth Divers – A gang of aerialists that dive from airships to strike along the roads near the Great Woods (Appalachia).
The Shadow City – A rumored human colony amassing resources to retake the northern territories from somewhere in the Frozen Lands. To date no one has been able to locate this colony or confirm this faction exists.
