All the bullets are used up, and we’re coming to the end of our setting creation. The next big question to tackle is Power Level. This will help set the feel of the game.
- Exceptional heroes may not have many abilities relating to mutant origins, but they will stand out from the masses. Examples: Waterworld
- Low Powered heroes will be able to have some mix of mutant powers and martial abilities. Still their powers are not so great that things we find dangerous can be laughed off. Examples: The Island of Doctor Moreau
- Classic heroes can be competent and have a wide mix of abilities without having to specialize. Example: TMNT
